A Day of Beauty, Connection & Transformation

Join me for a powerful and heart-centered day of Horse Constellation work at Buffalo Woman Ranch, where the wisdom of the horses, the land, and the collective field come together to illuminate what is ready to be seen, healed, and transformed.

Horse Constellations combine the principles of systemic and family constellation work with the intuitive presence of horses!

The horses play a part through their movement, behavior, and positioning; they often reveal what words alone cannot, helping us recognize deeper truths and supporting movement toward greater balance and wholeness.

If you’ve been feeling frazzled, overwhelmed, and/or underwhelmed by the state of the world, or simply seeking some clarity and renewal, this work offers a unique opportunity to explore what may be operating beneath the surface. You will leave feeling more connected to the web of life and what brings you joy!

What is a Constellation?

A constellation is a living exploration of a question, challenge, relationship, or pattern in your life. Through a facilitated process, hidden dynamics within a family, relationship, or larger system can become visible, creating space for new understanding, healing, and movement.

What is a Representative ("Rep")?

Representatives, often called "reps," play an essential role in the constellation process. As a rep, you may be invited to stand in for a person, aspect, feeling, or element within someone's constellation.

No acting, special skills, intuition, or previous experience is required. The way I do constellations is trauma and nervous system-informed. You always have choice and agency.

Many people are surprised by how meaningful and insightful participating as a rep can be. The role often provides personal reflections and healing for your own life as well. Even if you do not receive your own constellation, you will be deeply involved in the process and benefit from the collective wisdom that emerges throughout the day.

what to expect

Together, we will create a safe, supportive, and sacred space where healing can unfold naturally and where new possibilities can emerge. No previous experience is needed, just a willingness to be present and explore.

Come spend a day immersed in the beauty of the land, the magical wisdom of the horses, and the transformative power of systemic healing. We’ll also be sending healing energy and appreciation to the land and horses, with nervous-system integration techniques woven in throughout the day. There will be a max of 4 constellations, with breaks in between.

Facilitator: Tanya Tonneson, certified in family constellations and holistic somatic trauma healing, with 20 years of experience. The group will be small with a maximum of 8 people.

Please Bring:
Your own lunch, sun protection, water bottle, and a journal.

No horse experience necessary. Space is limited. There are options to camp and possibly stay overnight. Also there are good food and lodging options in nearby Dove Creek.
